Flour, water, yeast.
It’s’ that simple. Look what I made! –>
I followed a simple recipe for no-knead bread, made famous by this article in the NY Times. There’s also a companion video.
I made two batches of dough knowing that I would learn a lot from baking the first one, and I totally did. Turns out I didn’t flour the dough enough before putting it in the pot so it ended up sticking.


Second time around a smaller pot and some parchment paper did the trick beautifully.
This tastes fantastic too. There’s really nothing to it.
